Rendition During Books Moonwalk

Moonwalk is the only book about his life that Michael Jackson ever wrote. It chronicles his humble beginnings in the Midwest, his early days with the Jackson 5, and his unprecedented solo success. Giving absolutely unrivalled insight into the King of Pop's life, it details his songwriting process for hits like Beat It, Rock With You, Billie Jean, and We Are the World; describes how he developed his signature dance style, including the Moon Walk; and opens the door to his very private personal relationships with his family, including sister Janet, and stars like Diana Ross, Berry Gordy, Marlon Brando, Quincy Jones, Paul McCartney, and Brooke Shields. At the time of its original publication in 1988, MOONWALK broke the fiercely guarded barrier of silence that surrounded Michael Jackson. Candidly and courageously, Jackson talks openly about his wholly exceptional career and the crushing isolation of his fame, as well as the unfair rumors that have surrounded it. MOONWALK is illustrated with rare photographs from Jackson family albums and Michael's personal photographic archives, as well as a drawing done by Michael exclusively for the book. It reveals and celebrates, as no other book can, the life of this exceptional and beloved musician.

Discuss Epithetical Books Moonwalk
As a kid, one of the artists my Dad always played for me was Michael Jackson and I grew to absolutely love his music and I still do to this day. So when I recently found out he wrote a book in 1988 I was like hell yes I need this book in my life and I am so glad I found out about it. I read this book in literally one day and it is so easy to read as you can hear Michaels voice within the writing. Also, reading about how he came up with ideas and the production of his songs was just so great.I

Michael is talking to you as if you are having a cup of tea with him in his living room. You get the sense that Michael is having more than tea, because his stream of consciousness takes fascinating turns and goes off on self-maieutic tangents, which provide insight into his character, determination, and artistry.

Loved this book Read it after i heard about his tragic death. Its so sad because the public eye know so little about this legend and right after his sudden we still know not that much. He is a genius he wasnt even trained to be so good at singing and dancing. Hes amazing LOVE THIS BOOK. LOVE MJ. Hes moon walking on heaven.

Moonwalk is an amazing and very descriptive story of Michael Jackson's life prior to and up until 1985. Throughout the book, Jackson talks about his struggles as a growing famous teenager. He acknowledges that fame isn't what it all seems to be. In fact, he would love to trade places with anyone at anytime. He exaggerates on the point that because of his fame, his life is not what he wanted it to be. Growing up with an abusive father, with no friends and absolutely no independence makes him love

I love Michael Jackson and i love this book!!!I read it a very longtime ago and fell in love with MJ all over again and i'm still falling for him!!!

This is the one autobiography Michael Jackson actually wrote himself, and it gives a look into his musical process and a bit of insight into his internal world. I don't know what other to say, than he was an incredible genius. The way in which he describes how he creates music, what his songs mean to him is simply mind blowing. For example, in this passage:"'Everybody' is more playful than 'Off the Wall' dance tunes, with Mike McKinney propelling it like a plane turning and bearing down. The

An honest and wonderful autobiograhy which gives us an insight into Michael Jackson's life and career from his Jackson 5 days till the Bad Era. Moonwalk was written in 1988 when he was just 29 years old. I couldn't stop reading and finished it in a day. A must have for every Michael fan. Rest in peace Michael, you'll always live on in our hearts.
