I was given a copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. This was a nice story, however I feel like parts were missing. I know there is a second book coming out, but I base my reviews on the individual book, not the series. This is the first book in a new series from this author. Jasmine survived a horrific attack, and Angel has his own demons to deal with, and just causes more heartache along the way. These two are fated to be together, but they have many obstacles from their pasts to overcome and conquer. This is a well written story which is an emotional rollercoaster journey from beginning to end. I look forward to reading the next book in this addictive series, and recommend this author for all readers.
